Role Summary

This is not a typical technology role. We're looking for a high-performing, hands-on Tech Lead who combines deep technical expertise with strong execution ownership. The ideal candidate will lead MAVIP Group's technology charterdriving architecture, development, and deployment of platforms that power internal operations and client-facing solutions.

This role demands strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and the ability to translate business and go-to-market needs into scalable, secure, and future-ready technology solutions. You will act as the technical anchor for the organizationsetting standards, driving delivery, and enabling innovation across teams.

Key Responsibilities

Technology Leadership & Oversight

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of MAVIP Group's core technology ecosystem, including internal tools, client portals, and proprietary platforms.

Own architectural decisions to ensure scalability, security, performance, and reliability across systems.

Act as the final technical authority on solution design, integrations, and deployment decisions.

Execution & Delivery Discipline

Drive execution across technology initiatives, ensuring timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments are met.

Track progress across internal teams and external partners, intervening when execution gaps arise.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, documentation, and version control best practices.

Strategic & Innovation Support

Partner with leadership, business, and GTM teams to translate strategic objectives into executable technology roadmaps.

Evaluate and implement emerging technologies including AI, ML, data platforms, and cloud-native architectures.

Support the build-out of proprietary platforms such as analytics dashboards, automation tools, and engagement systems.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Lead, mentor, and scale a team of developers and technology partners.

Provide technical guidance, reviews, and performance feedback to build a high-performing engineering culture.

Collaborate closely with creative, research, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

810+ years of experience in software development with leadership or ownership responsibility.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Strong full-stack development experience using modern frameworks (Node.js, React, Python, Django, Laravel, etc.).

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.

Strong understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data-driven platforms.

Exposure to AI/ML implementations and emerging technologies is a strong plus.

Highly organized, execution-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments.

Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
