TECHNICAL LEAD - LEAD

We are seeking an experienced Development Engineer with strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and familiarity with the EDS Framework to support ongoing and upcoming NASM projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AEM development, component design, and integration with third-party services.

• 8 to 11 years of experience in web development with a focus on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, OSGi bundles, Sling Models, and JCR repository.
• Familiarity with EDS Framework for structured component development.
• Experience with AEM Dispatcher configuration and caching strategies.
• Proficiency in Java, JSP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON.
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs and third-party services within AEM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM components and templates using AEM 6.5+, OSGi, Sling Models, CRX, and JCR repository.
• Implement structured component development leveraging EDS Framework.
• Configure and optimize AEM Dispatcher and caching strategies for performance and scalability.
• Integrate APIs and third-party services within AEM applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines.
