Linux L3
Provide L3-level support for Linux-based systems (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu or similar).
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Pacemaker/Corosync clusters.
Perform in-depth analysis and resolution of OS-level issues.
Manage physical hardware, including servers, storage, BIOS updates, firmware upgrades, and hardware diagnostics.
Handle performance tuning, security hardening, and capacity planning.
Support and execute patching, upgrades, and kernel-level updates.
Implement and maintain high-availability and failover configurations.
Collaborate with application, network, and storage teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
Maintain documentation, SOPs, and RCA reports for incidents
