Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, engineers, and technical professionals to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design, develop, and review software architecture, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide technical guidance to team members throughout the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze technical requirements.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, system defects, and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop technical specifications, system documentation, and implementation plans.
• Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth through coaching and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee software testing, debugging, deployment, and production support activities.
• Ensure applications comply with security, compliance, and industry standards.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, UI/UX, and database administrators.
• Monitor project timelines, identify technical risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
