Technical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to drive backend development, lead customization initiatives, and ensure high-quality, scalable, and secure system delivery. This role involves owning technical execution, mentoring the team, and delivering robust backend solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable backend services and customer-specific customizations using Go (Golang)
• Own end-to-end technical execution, including sprint planning, task allocation, and release management
• Architect and maintain high-performance, secure microservices and APIs
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and ensure high standards in testing, security, and performance
• Mentor and guide the development team while collaborating with Product, QA, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience. Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior Engineer is a plus
• Strong expertise in backend development, APIs, and microservices architecture
• Experience with system design, performance optimization, and scalable architecture
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git
• Strong understanding of secure development practices (JWT, OAuth2, SSL/TLS)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and drive projects end-to-end

Preferred Skills:

• Strong experience in Go (Golang)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with Kubernetes and distributed systems (plus)
• Background in enterprise systems, SaaS platforms, or compliance/risk applications
