Technical Lead(Java) with AIRA Matrix(A Product Company) - Work From Office - 5 Days a Week

Job Responsibilities

Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges

Troubleshoot, test and maintain the core product software and databases to ensure strong optimization and functionality.

Help team in technical challenges

Code review and deployment

Technical documentations

Familiarity with Restful APIs.

Should be able to understand the requirements & Develop web application.

Ability to work on multiple projects at the same time and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Work closely with the product manager to release features and additions.

Required Qualifications

Lead responsible for the development and maintenance of back-end services

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.

Architecture Definition

Core Java, SPRING, Hibernate, JAXB, Apache Camel, CXF, JMS

Web services knowledge is must (SOAP, REST)

Knowledge on HTML 5, JQuery, Backbone, Marionette would be helpful

Hands-on experience on SPRING Boot and Microservices Architecture

Exposure to SOA Architecture

Exposure to server less architecture

Should have knowledge on continuous integration frameworks like Jenkins

Should be able to design new frameworks and understand debug exiting framework

Should have experience of interfacing with external applications, error frameworks, etc

Very good analytical and problem solving skills.

Database Design, MySQL query optimization, Performance Tuning

Good to have Hands-on working with AWS (or other similar cloud platforms) toolsets

Preferred Skills

Knowledge on Linux/Shell commands

Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages

Proficient understanding of Git

Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively in both technical and business environments

Willingness to work in a collaborative, innovative, flexible and, team-oriented environment

Reverse Engineering skills

Experience in Agile development process & Tools

Total Experience: 11+ years

Education Qualification: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc/M.Tech
