Job Title: Technical Lead – Java (JSP/Struts/Spring Boot/Angular)

Location: Pune (Hybrid )

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead who can drive end-to-end technical solutions, mentor junior developers, and actively contribute to hands-on development. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java-based technologies and be comfortable working in a customer-aligned shift environment.

Required Skills & Experience:

· Strong experience in Java, JSP, and Struts Framework

· Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Angular

· Proficiency in SQL Server (queries, performance tuning, stored procedures)

· Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

· Experience in designing scalable and maintainable applications

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

· Prior experience in a Technical Lead / Senior Developer role

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture

· Familiarity with version control tools (Git, SVN)

· Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

· Knowledge of cloud platforms is a plus

Soft Skills:

· Strong leadership and mentoring abilities

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team environment

· Adaptability to work in customer-aligned shifts (SGT)

Eligibility Criteria:
