Role: Java Full Stack Lead
Job Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for a highly skilled Java Full Stack Lead with strong expertise in building and scaling modern applications in cloud-first / SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, along with a passion for delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Experience: over 8 to 11 years building and scaling frontend and backend systems, ideally in cloud-first or SaaS environments.
- Frontend Proficiency: Skilled in JavaScript, TypeScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
- System Design: Strong fundamentals in distributed systems, APIs, and asynchronous architecture.
- Cloud & Kubernetes: Hands-on experience deploying services on AWS with Kubernetes.
- CI/CD & Monitoring: Familiar with pipelines, version control workflows, and production-grade monitoring.
- GenAI Usage: Comfortable embedding GenAI tools into the development workflow.
- Cloud Optimization: Deep understanding of AWS security, scalability, and performance tuning.
- Infrastructure as Code: Experience with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Need to work at a client location located in Hyderabad.

- Optimize systems for performance, scalability, and security on AWS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
