Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – Java Full Stack with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and leading enterprise-grade applications. The candidate must have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, REST APIs, and front-end technologies, along with proven experience in Technical Leadership.
Technical Lead experience is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Java Full Stack applications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Design and develop robust applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
- Review code, define coding standards, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Conduct technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
- Mentor developers and support their technical growth.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high-quality development standards.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to technical planning and estimation.
Mandatory Technical Skills
- 10+ years of overall software development experience
- Technical Lead experience – Mandatory
- Strong hands-on experience in Java 8/11/17+
- Spring Boot
- Microservices Architecture
- RESTful APIs
- Hibernate / JPA
- Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Experience with JavaScript / TypeScript
- Experience with any modern front-end framework such as Angular or React
- Git
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
- Good understanding of cloud technologies – AWS/Azure/GCP
- Strong knowledge of application architecture and system design
Good to Have
- Docker / Kubernetes
- Kafka or other messaging technologies
- Redis
- NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Experience with AWS/Azure
- TDD / automated testing
- Experience working with enterprise applications
- Exposure to AI/LLM-based applications is an added advantage

- Candidates should be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai
- Work From Office in Mumbai is mandatory
