✅ Technical Leads (10+ years)
Strong expertise in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture & AWS
Experience with RESTful APIs, Web Services (SOAP/REST)
Lead end-to-end design and development of enterprise-grade Java applications
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements
Drive continuous improvement in engineering practices, tools, and frameworks
Experience of leading a small team of 5 to 10 associates
Experience in Banking/Capital Markets/Sales & distribution domain
