Key Responsibilities of Linux Administration (L2):
- Manage and maintain Linux servers (installation, configuration, patching, and troubleshooting).
- Perform user management, file system management, and security hardening. Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization.
- Handle incident and problem management for Linux environments.
- Appnomic API Monitoring: Configure and manage Appnomic monitoring tools for API and application performance.
- Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards and alerts. Analyze performance data and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with application teams to ensure proactive issue detection and resolution.
- Operational Support: Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents. Document processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for system upgrades and migrations.
