AWS / Snowflake Support Analyst (Healthcare)
Experience: 7+ Years
Job Summary:
Seeking an AWS / Snowflake Support Analyst with experience in supporting healthcare data platforms, Snowflake, AWS cloud services, ETL pipelines, SQL, Python, and Spark. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, performance optimization, and ensuring the reliability of enterprise data and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Provide L2/L3 support for Snowflake and AWS-based data platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and data issues.
- Support ETL workflows, data pipelines, and data quality processes.
- Optimize Snowflake performance, queries, and warehouse utilization.
- Develop and maintain SQL queries and Python automation scripts.
- Support Spark-based data processing and cloud infrastructure.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive actions.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Business teams to ensure platform stability and compliance.
Preferred Skills: Airflow, Databricks, Kafka, Redshift, ServiceNow, Tableau/Power BI, CI/CD.
