Must-Have Skills:
  • HL7 v2 standards (ADT, ORU, SIU message types)
  • CCDA/CDA document structure and parsing
  • XML/XSD validation
  • SQL (querying and incident analysis)
  • Production support experience
  • Monitoring tools and incident management
Good-to-Have Skills:
  • Snowflake database experience
  • Cloverleaf or a similar interface engine
  • FHIR R4 knowledge
  • HL7 Certification
Evaluation Notes:
  • This is a healthcare domain-focused role clinical knowledge is as important as technical expertise.
  • The candidate must have hands-on production support experience and should not have only a development background.
  • During the evaluation, please assess real incident-handling experience, including:
    • CCDA parsing errors
    • HL7 v2 channel failures
    • Production incident troubleshooting and resolution
