Key Skills & Requirements

  • Experience: 6 + years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) / IGA domain with specific implementation experience in Saviynt.
  • Technical Stack:
    • Identity Tools: Saviynt IGA / PAM (v5.5 or higher)
    • Cloud & Infrastructure: AWS (EC2, VPC, EKS, CloudWatch), Kubernetes, Docker, Windows/Linux server environments
    • Databases & Scripting: MySQL/SQL, Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, Groovy, REST/SOAP web services
  • Security Concepts: Least privilege access, JIT (Just-in-Time) access, RBAC, identity audits, and compliance frameworks (NIST, CIS, GDPR, PCI-DSS
  • Platform Configuration: Design, build, and configure Saviynt IGA/PAM components such as Access Request System (ARS), Rule Management, Build Warehouse, and User Provisioning workflows.
  • Connectors & Integrations: Develop and manage integrations with authoritative sources (Workday, databases) and target applications (Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, SAP, Salesforce, REST/SOAP APIs).
  • Lifecycle & Governance: Support user lifecycle management (JML - Joiner, Mover, Leaver), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and access certifications.
  • Troubleshooting & Operations: Investigate complex technical issues, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and manage infrastructure reliability, patches, and system logs. [
  • Automation: Write scripts to automate identity processes and administrative tasks using Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or Groovy. [ 1 ]
