We are looking for a Marketing Cloud Developer with strong expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud along with Salesforce development. This role involves developing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns, integrating Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, and handling custom Salesforce development when needed. The ideal candidate should have experience with AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and API integrations while also being proficient in Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow development.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Cloud
Design, develop, and optimize Marketing Cloud Journeys and Automations using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and SQL queries.
Implement personalized email templates, Cloud Pages, and SMS campaigns using AMPscript and SSJS.
Manage data extensions, segmentation, and audience targeting.
Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect.
Monitor campaign performance and analytics, providing recommendations for improvement.
Salesforce Development
Develop and customize Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows to enhance Salesforce functionality.
Build and maintain custom integrations between Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Support Salesforce automation processes related to marketing and sales operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Salesforce and Marketing Cloud.
Required Skills Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.
Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, SQL, and REST/SOAP API integrations.
Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Cloud Pages.
1+ year of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, Process Builder).
Experience in Marketing Cloud Connect for Salesforce CRM integration.
Understanding of data modeling, segmentation, and marketing analytics.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Marketing Cloud Developer, Email Specialist) is a plus.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is a plus.
