About the Role

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java 8+ and Spring Boot.

Build and support Microservices-based architectures, ensuring high availability and performance.

Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.

Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following coding standards and best practices.

Work extensively with relational and/or NoSQL databases for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.

Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and technical solutioning.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues in a timely manner.

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Business stakeholders.

Ensure application security, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.

Contribute to CI/CD processes and deployment activities.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.

Demonstrate strong ownership, problem-solving abilities, and effective stakeholder communication.
