We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring best practices are followed, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and review technical architecture for new and existing projects to ensure scalability and maintainability.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks in a timely manner.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong experience with frameworks like Spring, Angular, or React.
  • Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
