We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for guiding the development process, ensuring best practices are followed, and mentoring junior developers.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions.
Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and review technical architecture for new and existing projects to ensure scalability and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Identify and resolve technical issues and roadblocks in a timely manner.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5-8 years of experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Strong experience with frameworks like Spring, Angular, or React.
Hands-on experience with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
