We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead-Golang Developer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software development, particularly with Golang, and will be responsible for leading the development of innovative applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable applications using Golang.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
- Mentor and guide junior developers on the team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
- Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-15 years of experience in software development.
- 23 years in Senior/Lead role.
- 3+ years Golang experience
- Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of concurrency in Golang.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
