Technical Lead – Gen AI

As a Technical Lead – Gen AI, you will be a part of an Agile team to design and build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards.

Responsibilities: -

• Develop and enhance AI models, ensure they meet business requirements and performance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into existing systems.
• Participate in the end-to-end lifecycle of AI projects, from conceptualization and design to deployment and monitoring.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to identify areas for model improvement and optimization.
• Implement best practices for model training, validation, and testing requirements.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• Proven experience in leading AI projects, with a strong focus on model enhancement and optimization
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
• Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g.: TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Good to Have Skills: -

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision
• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
