Responsibilities
- Lead and align backend and frontend development activities
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and take ownership of fullstack solution
- Design and implement scalable, clean, and maintainable architectures
- Drive engineering best practices, including clean code, code reviews, and modern development standards
- Ensure high-quality delivery through ownership of:
CI/CD pipelines
Automated testing
Code quality and deployment processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-performing products
- Contribute to and support multiple products, including new strategic initiatives and existing platforms
Desired Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of professional software development experience
- Proven experience working as a Technical Lead in fullstack environments
- Strong backend expertise in .NET / C#
- Strong frontend expertise in React with TypeScript
- Solid knowledge of: API design and system integrations Clean architecture and design patterns Code review processes and technical governance
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar)
- Experience with automated build, test, and deployment workflows
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive technical decisions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Experience working in complex, multi-team engineering environments
Nice to have:
- Exposure to enterprise or compliance-driven products
- Experience with cloud-native or distributed systems
