This is a full-time on-site position for a Technical Lead Full Stack based in Bengaluru South. The Technical Lead Full Stack will be responsible for designing and developing scalable and secure full-stack applications. The role involves overseeing a team, managing project timelines, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions. The candidate will actively participate in code reviews, optimize application performance, and guide best practices in software development.

• Expertise in front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies including Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, with experience in database management (SQL/NoSQL).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Experience in team leadership, code reviews, and ensuring best practices in software development.
• Understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and RESTful API development.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with AI/ML-based applications and big data technologies is a strong plus.
