Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of professional software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role
- Strong expertise in both frontend technologies (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET)
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
- Solid understanding of database technologies including SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex issues across the full stack
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience mentoring junior developers
- Hands-on experience integrating GenAI capabilities into full-stack applications — including working with LLMs, prompt engineering, API integrations (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic), and embedding AI features into frontend and backend systems
- Working knowledge of AI/ML operations and responsible AI practices — including awareness of model evaluation, data handling for AI systems, cost optimization for AI APIs, and ethical considerations in AI-powered features
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
- Architect scalable, maintainable, and high-performance solutions for both frontend and backend systems
- Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Drive technical decision-making including technology stack selection, architecture patterns, and development workflows
- Ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization across the entire application stack
- Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies while managing technical debt
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential application to our platform
- Lead the evaluation and integration of GenAI technologies into the product roadmap — assess use cases for AI enhancement, guide technical decisions on model selection and GenAI platform integration, and establish best practices for AI-powered feature development
