Required Qualifications
- Experience: 6-8+ years of professional backend or full-stack experience, with at least
1-2 years leading technical projects or teams.
- Backend Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python (Django/DRF), Celery for async tasks,
and MySQL/ORM performance tuning.
- Frontend Proficiency: Strong capability in React, Redux, and TypeScript, with a solid
understanding of modern build tools like Vite or Webpack.
- Cloud & Data: Hands-on experience with GCP (Cloud Storage, BigQuery) and
managing distributed message brokers like RabbitMQ.
- Auth & Integrations: Experience implementing OAuth2/OIDC and integrating complex
third-party APIs.
- Tooling: Mastery of Git, Docker, and CLI-based workflows.
Bonus Skills
- AI-Augmented Development: Interest in using AI tools for leverage
(debugging/automation) while applying critical judgmenttreating AI as a tool for
craftsmanship.
- Data Fetching: Experience with TanStack Query for advanced server-state
management.
- Architecture: Experience with Isomorphic React or Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
patterns.
