Role & responsibilities
We are looking for a Tech lead for Flutter interested in building performant mobile apps on both the iOS and Android platforms. You will be responsible for architecting and building applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.
- Ability to manage team & complete deliverables on time.
- Participation in Client calls.
- Participation in coding reviews & working as Individual Contributor (IC)
- Agile process knowledge & participation on the same.
- Managing code quality, performance, security & performance testing.
- Proactive & collaborative in problem solving skills.
- Build and ship powerful apps to [list of platforms, such as iOS and Android] devices using a single codebase
- Write readable code using Flutter programming language
- Produce clear documentation
- Understand UI design concepts and develop user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter
- Identify and fix issues in development, testing, and production
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong hands-on experience in Flutter & Mobile App Development Ecosystem.
- Good understanding of LLD & HLD.
- Proficiency in Dart Language & Flutter
- Build & ship application on iOS & Android platforms using single codebase.
- Good understanding on Design Principles & Design Patterns
- Good Knowledge on BLOC, Provider & other state management techniques
- Good knowledge on iOS & Android platforms & its release management.
- Proficiency in Database technologies like MongDB, Hive, SQL, MySQL.
- Good understanding of Unit, Widget & Integration testing.
- Proficiency in Code coverage along with Performance & scalability.
- Knowledge on Creation of custom packages & plugins.
- Good understanding of Version Management Systems.
- Good knowledge on web services integrations & serialization techniques like REST, SOAP, JSON etc
