Tech Lead (Full-Stack) in our office in Bangalore, India

As a Tech Lead (Full-Stack), you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of our software solutions, especially when it comes to cross-platform architecture. The successful candidate will work closely with other architects, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable and maintainable solutions using the latest technologies and best practices. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the .NET framework, as well as modern Front-end technologies, excellent communication skills, and a track record of delivering successful software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design multi-product platform architecture from scratch and maintain it.
• Work with Engineering leadership to define the system level architecture for the project.
• Responsible for delivery of end-to-end initiatives under the Super App platform objective.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business requirements and design software solutions.
• Develop technical specifications and architecture diagrams for software solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams to ensure best practices are followed and solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to development teams to ensure code quality and maintainability.
• Design and implement the core code architecture, critical parts of software components and POC.
• Keeping up to date with the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in the .NET development space.
• Research, explore and adopt Machine Learning solutions within the team.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficient in multiple programming languages
• In-depth hands-on knowledge of the .NET Core and .NET framework (C#) and related technologies, including ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server.
• Experience designing and implementing software solutions using a variety of architectural patterns, Microservices, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong exposure to Front-end technologies such as Angular
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience Requirements

• Master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• Experience with Azure Cloud.
• At least 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years of experience as a development team lead, or software architect.
• Experience developing CRM systems is a big advantage.
