Dimensional Variation Analysis

.Conducting DVA Studies to be conducted using RDnT software package

.Utilise existing DVA vehicle m odels or generate new local models

.Carry out DVA studies to confirm Local Alignment Measurement (LAM) tolerances for new vehicle lines

.Carry out DVA exterior functionality and system development (Front/Side/Rear/Underbody Dimensional Systems)

.Be responsible for ensuring all inputs, processes and tolerances are understood, appropriate and modelled accurately within the DVA model communicating with key stakeholders within Product Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams as required

.Provide a summary of study results to agreed format, cascading to relevant stakeholders

.Identify major contributors and make recommendations for how results can be improved towards target

.Review and highlight any process improvements that could be implemented into the DVA process, part icularly through the implementation of automation & new systems.
