Technical Lead - Engineering

Key Responsibilities

• Support ASPICE process implementation across system, software, and hardware projects
• Assist in process gap analysis and compliance checks against ASPICE requirements
• Conduct work product reviews and ensure proper documentation
• Support internal assessments and audits (SYS/SWE levels)
• Assist project teams in understanding and applying ASPICE Best Practices
• Track process noncompliances and support closure actions
• Maintain process documentation, templates, and checklists
• Support preparation for customer or thirdparty ASPICE assessments
• Coordinate with engineering and quality teams for process adherence

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical / Process Skills

• Basic to good understanding of Automotive SPICE v3.x
• Knowledge of SYS, SWE process groups
• Familiarity with Vmodel development lifecycle
• Understanding of requirements, design, implementation, and testing artifacts
• Awareness of change management and configuration management

Tools

• Requirement tools (DOORS, Polarion - basic exposure)
• Process and issue tracking tools (JIRA, Excel, Confluence)

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to OEM or Tier1 ASPICE projects
• Basic understanding of ISO26262 or functional safety processes
• Certification or training in ASPICE Fundamentals (preferred)
