Experience Required: 8–10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer with strong Java (8+) and Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Data JPA) expertise. The candidate will maintain and support production-grade applications, handle incident management, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and support backend applications.
  • Provide production support for high-availability systems.
  • Analyze and optimize SQL queries for MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Monitor applications using Sumo Logic, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability.

Required Skills

  • Strong Java (8+) development and debugging experience.
  • Proficiency with Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA.
  • Experience with MySQL and MongoDB optimization and indexing.
  • Hands-on production support, incident management, and RCA.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (Sumo Logic, Grafana, Open Telemetry).
