Location- Delhi/Bangalore (3days/week)

Position- Technical Lead (Backend + Agentic AI)

About the Role

As a Technical Lead at Elucidata, you will own all parts of the product infrastructure, spanning both backend and frontend systems. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining application architectures based on evolving requirements. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product teams to define strong technical proposals for new features and products, while mentoring and guiding your peers to help them grow. You will take end-to-end ownership of complex software architectures, monitor operational performance, and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of business-critical systems. Additionally, you will play a key role in hiring and retaining top engineering talent to strengthen the team.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficient in at least one language used for web development; we primarily write in Python
• Experience in building backend web applications and developing REST APIs
• Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with AWS cloud services
• Minimum 1+ years of experience of building agentic AI systems

Good to have

• Experience in ETL, Data Lake, and data warehouse pipelines
• Experience with frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/Javascript/Angular/React
