Technical lead

Job description:

Experience : 10+ years

Location : Navi mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end IT infrastructure operations ensuring high availability and performance.
• Oversee and perform Windows Server administration, including configuration, patching, and troubleshooting.
• Manage storage infrastructure, backup solutions, and disaster recovery planning.
• Administer and support virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.).
• Configure, monitor, and maintain networking infrastructure (LAN/WAN, firewalls, switches, routers).
• Provide system administration support for Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.
• Ensure ITIL & ITSM processes are followed for incident, change, and problem management.
• Lead a technical team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Perform root cause analysis for critical issues and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for IT projects, upgrades, and migrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and system/network administration.

Strong hands-on experience in:

• Windows Server Administration
• Storage & Backup Administration (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC, Veeam, Commvault)
• Virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Networking (Cisco, Fortinet, etc.)
• Linux & Mac OS administration
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL & ITSM practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant certifications preferred: MCSE, VCP, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL v4, RHCSA/RHCE.
