About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled, hands-on Software Engineer who leverages modern AI-assisted development tools as a core productivity multiplier rather than a supporting utility. The ideal candidate is an accomplished engineer with deep expertise in the Microsoft technology stack and is comfortable using AI-powered coding environments such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and similar agentic development platforms to rapidly design, build, test, and deploy production-grade applications.

This role is primarily focused on software engineering excellence, with approximately 80% hands-on development and 20% solution design, collaboration, and stakeholder interaction.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise-grade web and desktop applications.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate software delivery while maintaining high-quality engineering standards.
• Build scalable and secure solutions using .NET technologies and Microsoft ecosystem tools.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and rich interactive dashboards.
• Implement and optimize backend services, APIs, real-time communication modules, and database-driven applications.
• Integrate third-party services including Google APIs, Microsoft Graph APIs, email services, and external platforms.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application performance.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, security practices, and software engineering best practices.

Required Technical Skills

AI-Augmented Software DevelopmentStrong experience using AI-powered coding assistants and agentic development environments.

• Ability to leverage tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent platforms to improve engineering efficiency.
• Experience using AI for code generation, refactoring, debugging, testing, documentation, and system design assistance.
• Understanding of prompt engineering and AI-assisted development workflows.
