Technical Lead-Dot Net

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast and plan manpower based on project needs and sizing.
• Allocate resources as per required skill sets and experience mix for projects.
• Collaborate with the team to provide and deploy solutions.
• Ensure effective integration of software solutions with infrastructure technologies.
• Analyze, document, and recommend process improvements for Intertec.
• Develop long-term secure software solutions for Intertec.
• Participate in implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions of technology solutions.
• Provide troubleshooting support for application issues.

Technical Skills / Competencies (Mandatory)

• Strong experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• ASP.Net Core and Angular 8 experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Web API, C#, jQuery.
• Experience with Oracle Database or SQL Server (Oracle preferred).
• Experience with Windows and Web services.
• Ability to enhance existing systems through analysis and improvement planning.
• Strong knowledge in .Net Core, MVC, Entity Framework.
• Ability to write clean, scalable code using .NET technologies, including MVC, LINQ, XSL, Web Services, jQuery & Ajax, WCF, SOAP, JSON, SQL Server, SSRS, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap.
• Experience in application testing and deployment.
• Familiarity with application security standards (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
• Skilled in revising, updating, refactoring, and debugging code.
• Proficient in version control tools like TFS.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication abilities.
• 3–5 years of experience in enterprise application development.
