Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead Oracle ERP Order Management to lead and drive end-to-end technical delivery across Oracle Order-to-Cash (O2C) initiatives. This role will provide hands-on technical leadership across solution design, development, integration, and optimization, ensuring scalable, high-performance Oracle ERP solutions aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle ERP Order Management, strong integration experience with Salesforce and third-party systems, and the ability to guide teams while collaborating closely with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP Order Management projects, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
- Own solution design, configuration, customization, integration, and optimization of Order-to-Cash processes.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for business stakeholders, developers, and external partners.
- Define technical architecture and ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of solutions.
Integration & Architecture
- Design and implement integrations between Oracle ERP and external systems including Salesforce OMS, e-commerce platforms, EDI tools, and third-party applications.
- Develop and manage APIs, web services (REST/SOAP), and middleware integrations using MuleSoft, WebMethods, or similar platforms.
- Ensure proper API lifecycle management, versioning, and documentation.
Development & Documentation
- Develop and maintain technical design documents, interface specifications, data flow diagrams, and support documentation.
- Establish development standards, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and technical team members.
Data, Testing & Deployment
- Support data migration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation activities during sprint releases and deployments.
- Contribute to and support testing phases including SIT, UAT, regression, and post-deployment validation.
- Provide hands-on support during cutover and post-migration stabilization phases.
Operations & Support
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve interface or process issues.
- Troubleshoot complex technical problems to ensure business continuity.
- Liaise between business users, project managers, and technical teams to align goals, scope, and timelines.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Order Management modules including:
- Order Management (OM)
- Pricing
- Shipping
- EDI
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes and data flows.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- SQL & PL/SQL
- Oracle Workflow
- XML Publisher
- Oracle Alerts
- Unix Shell Scripting
- Oracle Forms & Reports
- Oracle APEX
- Hands-on experience integrating Oracle ERP with Salesforce using MuleSoft.
- Solid knowledge of:
- REST & SOAP web services
- XML / JSON data formats
- Middleware platforms (MuleSoft, WebMethods, etc.)
- Experience with API design, integration patterns, and lifecycle management.
