About the Role
We are hiring a Technical Lead / Delivery Manager to lead engineering teams building scalable, high-availability digital platforms across multiple brands and markets. This is a backend-first leadership role with full-stack exposure.
Key Responsibilities
- Own core platform domains (ordering, payments, loyalty, APIs, integrations)
- Drive end-to-end delivery: architecture, roadmap, quality, and reliability
- Lead system design & architecture decisions (scalability, performance, security)
- Manage and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Web, Mobile, QA, DevOps)
- Ensure engineering excellence (CI/CD, testing, observability, release management)
- Collaborate with Product & Business teams to deliver impactful solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- 12+ years experience with 35+ years in engineering leadership
- Strong backend expertise: APIs, microservices, distributed systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of Node.js or similar backend stacks
- Exposure to React / Mobile ecosystems (nice to have)
- Strong stakeholder management & delivery ownership
Preferred
- Experience in QSR / Retail / E-commerce / Consumer tech platforms
- Exposure to multi-brand, multi-market platforms
- Experience working with distributed/global teams
