- Performing post-release validation.
- Supporting deployments, object changes, schema modifications, and data migrations.
- Remote Troubleshooting & Performance Support
- Troubleshooting:

- SQL connectivity issues
- Performance bottlenecks
- Conducting basic performance tuning.
- Optimizing SQL queries for better performance.
- Routine Database Operations
- Backup & restore execution as per approved policies.
- User, role, and permission management.
- Monitoring and maintaining database health using tools like:
- Dynatrace
- OEM / custom monitoring
- Alerting dashboards
- Managing scheduled jobs and validating outcomes.
- Documentation & Governance
- Maintaining:
- Runbooks
- SOPs
- Operational guides
- Knowledge Based articles
- Updating documentation after releases or incident learnings.
