- Excellent communication skills.
- Provide L3 support for advanced network incidents, escalations, and major outages.
- Strong handson expertise in routing protocols: BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, route filtering, and redistribution.
- Deep understanding of Layer 2 technologies including VLANs, STP/RSTP/MSTP, EtherChannel, Trunking, Port Security.
- Experience with enterprise switching platforms (Cisco Catalyst / Nexus or equivalent).
- Experience in end of support devices migrations.
- Troubleshoot complex network issues involving LAN, WAN, MPLS, and data center connectivity.
- Perform packet-level diagnosis using tools like Wireshark/tcpdump.
- Configure and optimize highavailability mechanisms such as HSRP, VRRP, GLBP.
- Solid understanding of QoS, multicast, IPv6, and network segmentation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide RCA and longterm fixes.

- Participate in network design reviews, upgrades, and performance optimization.
- Create and maintain updated documentation for configurations, topologies, and best practices.
- Mentor L1/L2 teams and ensure adherence to operational processes and SLAs
