Lead / L3 Responsibilities 1. Support Local and Global IT Network Requirements: Provide ongoing support for local and global IT network needs, coordinating with both technical teams and business operations to ensure effective issue resolution and network performance. 2. Problem Identification and Resolution: Anticipate, mitigate, identify, respond to, and resolve issues affecting network and system performance, efficiency, and availability. Recommend, schedule, and perform network improvements, upgrades, and repairs. 3. Team Leadership and Guidance: Lead and guide the team in troubleshooting network issues, conducting infrastructure assessments, and simplifying or redesigning the network to improve performance and scalability.
