Lead technical design, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow modules.
Mentor and guide the ServiceNow team in ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance.
Oversee solution architecture, integrations, and performance optimization.
Deep knowledge of ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts).
Experience with key ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Integrations.
Familiarity with REST/SOAP integrations, MID Servers, and API management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing abilities.
Oversee platform administration tasks, upgrades, and patching.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide expert-level support when escalations occur
