built the platform the industry actually needs So we are. A B2B SaaS product purpose-built for

marketing and advertising — packaging the intelligence, tools, and workflows we've developed

in-house, and putting them in the hands of brands and agencies at scale.

This is a 0-to-1 build. We don't need someone to warm the seat. We need a Product Manager

who treats ambiguity like a creative brief — and ships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a hands-on, product-minded Technical Lead with 5–10 years of experience to take

complete ownership of our B2B SaaS product — from server architecture to production deployment.

This isn't a management-only role. You will write code, make architecture decisions, and be the single

most important technical voice in the room when it comes to the product.

You'll work at the intersection of engineering and product — collaborating with business, design, and

marketing stakeholders who understand the domain deeply, while you lead all things technical. The

ideal person for this role has built SaaS products before, is fluent across the full stack, and is excited

by the challenge of building something that's genuinely useful to an industry they're now becoming

part of.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

SaaS Product — End-to-End Ownership

– Architect, build, and scale the full SaaS product — from backend infrastructure to user-facing

interface

– Own all technical layers: APIs, frontend, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and data systems

– Drive core platform decisions — technology choices, system design, and product evolution

– Collaborate directly with the product and business team to translate domain knowledge into

software

Backend & API Development

– Build production-grade APIs and backend services using Python (FastAPI / Django preferred)

– Design scalable data models, service integrations, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture

– Ensure systems are secure, performant, and built for long-term maintainability

Frontend Development

– Develop responsive, high-performance frontend applications using React.js

– Work closely with design and product stakeholders to deliver clean, usable interfaces

– Maintain modular, reusable frontend architecture that scales with the product

Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps

– Manage and optimize AWS cloud environments — performance, reliability, and cost

– Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar

– Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Docker-based workflows, and cloud automation

– Apply FinOps practices: monitoring, right-sizing, and cost governance across environments

AI & Intelligent Automation

– Build and integrate AI/GenAI-powered features into the SaaS product

– Work with LLMs, AI APIs, and automation systems to add intelligence to product workflows

– Identify and implement AI-driven efficiencies across both the product and engineering process

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Must-Have

– 5–10 years of hands-on full-stack development and cloud engineering experience

– Strong proficiency in React.js and modern frontend development

– Deep backend expertise in Python — FastAPI or Django strongly preferred

– Solid experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure management

– Hands-on with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows

– Experience architecting scalable, cloud-native SaaS systems

– Working knowledge of AI/GenAI technologies, LLM integrations, or automation workflows

– Product ownership mindset — you care about what gets shipped, not just how
