Job Responsibilities
- :Lead the design, estimations, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and requirements
- .Assess risk management and make sure that projects are finished on schedule and to the required quality standards
- .Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, including code reviews, best practices, and mentoring
- .Contribute to RFPs, technical assessments, and providing accurate project estimations, ensuring alignment with client needs and project deadlines
- .Collaborate closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- .Architect scalable and maintainable solutions on the Salesforce platform, utilizing best practices and industry standards
- .Conduct regular assessments of the Salesforce environment, identifying areas for optimization, improvement, and innovation
- .Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and drive continuous learning and development within the team
- .Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce, providing recommendations and insights to support strategic decision-making
- .Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support

Required Qualificatio
- n:8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and customizatio
- n.Proven track record of leading successful Salesforce implementations, including experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce product
- s.Extensive experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce development tool
- s.Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful API
- s.Experience with Salesforce integration using REST, SOAP, and Bulk API etc. with different business system
- s.Familiarity with deployment tools and methodologies such as Salesforce DX, Gi
- t.Knowledge in planning and executing seamless data migration processes within Salesforce, encompassing data mapping, transformation, and loading utilizing robust methodologies and tool
- s.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality solutions that meet business need
- s.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholder
