Location: SR Nagar, Hyderabad

Salary: 8 to 12 LPA

Office Timings: 9am-6pm - Onsite work

Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead who can drive product development, lead a small team, and take ownership of architecture, performance, and delivery of our compliance platform.

This role requires both technical depth + ownership mindset.

Role & responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead end-to-end development of product modules (QMS, DMS, LIMS, etc.)
• Define architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Review code and ensure high-quality, scalable design
• Drive performance optimization and security implementation
• Backend Development
• Design and develop APIs using Spring Boot (Java 17+)
• Implement JWT-based authentication & role-based access control
• Ensure secure APIs (OWASP Top 10 compliance)
• Frontend Development
• Build dynamic UI using Angular (PrimeNG preferred)
• Implement dynamic forms, workflows, and dashboards
• Optimize UI for performance and usability

Product Ownership

• Understand business workflows (especially pharma processes)
• Convert requirements into technical design
• Work closely with stakeholders for feature prioritization

Team Leadership

• Mentor junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and technical discussions
• Ensure timely delivery of features/releases
