Technical Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Understand the sprint requirements and actively participate in team calls.
• Drive assigned tasks individually with minimal support from lead/Sr developers.
• Ensure written code adheres to all coding and security standards.
• Prepare or modify low-level design documents and impact analysis documents based on requirement changes.
• Follow all SCRUM rituals and deliver planned activities.
• Actively participate in customer calls and coordinate with the Product Owner to ensure the sprint backlog is updated and groomed.
• Contribute to solution design and architecture.
• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-native applications using OCI services such as Oracle Kubernetes Engine (OKE), Oracle Functions, and Oracle API Gateway.
• Implement and manage OCI cloud-native services to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of applications.
• Leverage OCIs monitoring and logging services to maintain application health and performance.

Location: Mumbai/ Pune/ Chennai/ Bangalore/ Hyderabad

Experience: 5-8 years

Key Skills / Skill Specialization:

• FullStack .NET

Mandatory Skills:

• C# , .NET Core , Web API , SQL Server, Angular , Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) , Unit Testing
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and its cloud-native services.
• Familiarity with cloud-native development practices and tools.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Desired Skills:

• ASP.NET MVC , ASP.NET
• WCF
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. • Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Certification in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or related technologies
