Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Lead based in New Delhi. The Technical Lead will oversee the design, development, and implementation of software solutions, lead teams of developers, and ensure high-quality project delivery. Responsibilities include conducting code reviews, troubleshooting technical issues, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align software development with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development, System Design, and Architecture
• Experience with Cloud Computing technologies, DevOps practices, and Software Deployment
• Leadership and Team Management skills, including mentoring developers and coordinating cross-functional teams
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking abilities to troubleshoot and optimize technical issues
• Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Project Management principles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preferably holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Prior experience in consulting or a track record of delivering enterprise-level IT solutions is a plus
