Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to oversee a talented team of engineers. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in Java, Big Data & Spark with a proven track record of managing and scaling large data systems . This role requires good leadership and communication skills, the ability to interact directly with all stakeholders, and a steadfast commitment to ensuring operational stability and high system performance. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are executed on schedule, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of 5–7 Engineers.
• Drive the design, development, and deployment of large-scale Data systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals.
• Ensure operational stability, scalability, and high performance of critical data platforms.
• Emerging technologies to improve engineering efficiency and application delivery.
• Guide teams on best coding practices, architecture, and agile methodologies.
• Solve complex distributed system challenges while driving technical excellence across projects.

Qualifications

• B.TECH / B.E from reputative college

Required Skills

• Expertise in Java, Big Data, Apache Spark.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance optimization.
• Experience managing large-scale data engineering platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication Skills.
• Agility and a passion for problem solving, including the ability to debug and resolve challenges on the go.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.
• Good on design principles

Preferred Skills

MUST HAVE:Java , Springboot, Spark, Hadoop, SQL

GOOD TO HAVE: NiFi, Airflow, Iceberg, Data Modeling, DSA, Shell Scripting, Jenkins
