Technical Lead

Title: Technical Lead Full Stack

Required Skills:

79 years of solid experience in full-stack development, with at least 6+ years

working with Angular and Java.

Excellent programming skills in Node.js (backend), React.js, HTML5, and CSS, with

expertise in multi-threading and performance-oriented programming.

Strong experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and

Hibernate to build RESTful APIs and services. (Knowledge of JBPM is an added

advantage.)

Strong engineering fundamentals with excellent abstraction, coding, and system

design skills.

Hands-on experience building systems that handle multi-million sessions/transactions

per day.

Proven experience with large-scale database systems such as PostgreSQL and

MySQL, including integration with both relational and NoSQL databases (e.g.,

MongoDB).

Deep understanding of distributed systems, highly scalable architectures,

performance, and reliability.

Excellent understanding of processing platforms and message queues.

Strong grasp of object-oriented programming, concurrency, and core computer

science concepts.

Experience in mobile and cloud-based development will be a plus.

Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure seamless continuous integration and

deployment (CI/CD).

Working knowledge of JIRA, source control tools such as GIT/SVN, and

documentation platforms like Confluence.
