A Senior Java Backend Engineer / Tech Lead with 4-6 years of experience who is still hands-on with coding and has started taking ownership of architecture, system design, team mentoring, and delivery. We need a hands-on Java Backend Tech Lead who can build scalable backend systems while also guiding a team of engineers.
Requirements
- Strong Java + Spring Boot.
- Hands-on experience with microservices and REST APIs.
- Good knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of performance, scalability, caching, and asynchronous processing.
- Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus.
- Should have experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and making technical decisions.
