Technical Lead (Backend)

A Senior Java Backend Engineer / Tech Lead with 4-6 years of experience who is still hands-on with coding and has started taking ownership of architecture, system design, team mentoring, and delivery. We need a hands-on Java Backend Tech Lead who can build scalable backend systems while also guiding a team of engineers.

Requirements

• Strong Java + Spring Boot.
• Hands-on experience with microservices and REST APIs.
• Good knowledge of system design and distributed systems.
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Understanding of performance, scalability, caching, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Kafka/RabbitMQ is a plus.
• Should have experience mentoring engineers, reviewing code, and making technical decisions.
