Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

Collaborate with implementation partners to validate design, architecture, and deployment of the Microsoft Fabric Data Platform.
Provide guidance and mentorship to developers, data engineers, and analysts.
Define standards for coding, data modelling, and solution design.

Design & Implementation

Develop and implement scalable and secure data solutions using Microsoft Fabric services.
Architect and contribute to data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and processing of large datasets.
Ensure compliance, governance, and security standards are maintained across the platform.

Collaboration

Work with stakeholders to capture user stories and convert them into actionable technical requirements.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to define and refine CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.
Liaise with technology teams to ensure secure and appropriate access to enterprise systems.
Partner with data analysts to maximize platform efficiency and usability.

Quality Assurance

Conduct code reviews and enforce quality assurance practices.
Monitor platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize pipelines and processes.
Develop and implement testing strategies, including regression testing, prioritizing automation.

Documentation & Training

Develop comprehensive documentation covering architecture, processes, and workflows.
Provide training and knowledge-sharing sessions for technical teams and stakeholders.
