Job Title: Azure Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Azure Architect with a strong background in designing and implementing cloud solutions on Microsoft Azure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) as a deal breaker skill, along with a proven track record of delivering scalable and secure cloud architectures. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cloud adoption and optimize cloud resources.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Azure-based solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of applications using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Collaborate with development teams to create CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployment.
- Evaluate and recommend cloud services and tools to enhance performance and security.
- Provide technical guidance and support to teams during the implementation of Azure solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security.
- Document architecture designs, processes, and best practices for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest Azure features and industry trends to ensure the organization remains competitive.
Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience with Azure Resources.
- Strong knowledge on Production grade architecture with Azure
- Strong knowledge of Azure services including Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure AI search,Foundry,Databricks,Blob, OpenAI, Document Intelligence, ADF and Azure Networking.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Solid understanding of cloud security best practices and compliance standards.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jenkins).
- Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Log Analytics).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in cloud architecture and design, with a focus on Microsoft Azure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
