Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced technical professional to manage and support IT infrastructure at the customer location. The role requires advanced (L3) expertise across virtualization, server administration, directory services, and cloud platforms, with the ability to ensure stability, security, and scalability in complex environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage IT infrastructure operations on-site.
- Administer and optimize Hyper-V virtual environments (L3).
- Manage Windows Server infrastructure, including performance tuning and advanced troubleshooting (L3).
- Oversee Active Directory administration, including domain services, group policies, and advanced configurations (L3).
- Administer Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for identity and access management (L3).
- Configure and manage Intune for endpoint security, compliance, and device lifecycle management (L3).
- Support and optimize both Windows and Linux platforms in a mixed environment.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security across infrastructure.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and technical leadership.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders and vendors to deliver reliable IT services.
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Proven L3-level expertise in:
- Active Directory
- Windows Server
- Virtualization (Hyper-V)
- Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Intune
- Strong knowledge of virtualization, cloud administration, and hybrid environments.
- Experience with both Windows and Linux platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead technical initiatives.
