About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead with specialized expertise in building Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). In this pivotal role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of our ATS solutions, ensuring they meet the highest standards of functionality, reliability, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and clients, to understand needs and deliver world-class recruitment solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development of cutting-edge ATS solutions, setting technical direction and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Architect, design, and implement robust, scalable, and flexible ATS solutions using industry best practices.
• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment, ensuring the quality and timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor engineering team members to enhance skill levels and foster collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in ATS and recruitment solutions, integrating innovative features and functionalities into our platform.
• Ensure the ATS solutions are user-friendly, and stable, and support seamless integrations with other recruitment technologies and platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to continuously evaluate and improve the performance and capabilities of our ATS.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on building ATS or similar recruitment solutions.
• Proven experience as a technical lead or lead developer in a high-innovation environment, preferably within recruitment technology.
• Expertise in software architecture and design patterns, with proficiency in relevant programming languages and frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing and mentoring technical teams, fostering an environment of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability, thriving in a startup culture.
